A Sugar Scrub is a gentle exfoliation that removes the top layer of skin cells, dirt, and excess oils. Revealing brighter, softer skin. 

The goal of Swedish Massage is to melt away muscle tension. Light to Medium pressure is used to invoke an overall sense of relaxation. This massage can improve flexibility and aid in some much needed sleep.

Therapeutic massage uses Soft Tissue Manipulation, Deep Tissue Massage, and Stretching techniques to promote relaxation, reduced muscle tension, and reduced pain in the body. It is used to ease Trigger Points throughout the body. This massage is especially beneficial for athletes and those who sit for long periods of time.

This service is a gentle massage that uses precise light pressure and slow repetitive strokes to assist the lymphatic system with fluid removal. We use this to open and stimulate lymph vessel contraction to pull fluid out of soft tissue and lymph nodes. It aids in healing, decreases swelling, and helps you avoid fibrosis.

Myofascial release is an alternative medicine therapy used for muscle immobility and pain by relaxing the Fascia around contracted muscles. This improves blood and lymph circulation and increases flexibility in areas that have become stuck.
